Shipping & Handling Policy

Order Processing:
Once your order is confirmed, we will begin processing it. Typically takes 2-7 business days to fulfill orders. As soon as your item is ready for shipping, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times:
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Once the order has shipped, you can expect delivery within the following time frames:

  • Domestic (US): 3-4 business days
  • International (Europe, Canada, Australia, New Zealand): 3-14 business days
  • Worldwide: 10-20 business days (depending on destination)

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments:
In the event of any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments, the buyer assumes all responsibility for claims made with the shipping carrier. Please note, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages handled by USPS or other carriers, and we do not offer compensation for shipping delays. Once the item is shipped, it is out of our control, and any issues must be addressed directly with the carrier.

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the delivery status of your package.
